|Recommended: NoBathroom has mold and accumulates water — Just moved-in on 7 31 24 and apartment has been full of issues since then . It was clearly not inspected prior to move-in as the there is black mold in the bathroom ceiling, a broken dryer machine leaking water, and a broken ice making machine among other things. It is hard to get a hold of people via email or by phone. So far the experience has been very negative considering these are luxury apartments but I hope it can improve soon.
Amenities are very nice and the complex overall, issues are specific to unit provided on move-in date and nothing has been fully resolved as of now.

|Recommended: NoModera Review — - Don’t like the package room — there should be an easier way for residents to pick up without continuous involvement of the concierge.
- No privacy for mail, packages, entry exit since you have to pass by the concierge when entering and leaving.
- Concierge unavailable by phone.
- maintenance requests not resolved over a week since submitting.
- facility pool area fans not working, dripping water, no cleaning tools for grill. Coffee machine not working — needs cleaning tablet.
- worried about full capacity of building how all this will be handled.
- Cleaning staff always mopping floors.
- Leasing office staff is attentive, shout out to MJ who is always kind and helpful.

Our goal is to work towards providing you the level of experience you expect and with that, I am happy to share that several of your concerns have immediate resolution: 1.) Concierge - they are available 24 hours by either phone: 346-512-1960 (select Option #4 in the prompts) -or- via email: [email protected]. If they are not actively assisting someone else at the moment, they will be happy to assist you anytime. 2.) Mail/Packages - while every resident signs a package addendum that explains our method of providing packages, our goal is to offer package retrieval 24 hours a day through the concierge. Should this method not work best for your needs, please contact our team for suggestions on other methods to set up alternative package delivery. 3.) The misting fans at the pool work and can be turned on by our team. If you are unsure how to operate these fans, please reach out and we are happy to assist. 4.) Grill Utensils - we have a set of utensils at both grilling zones on Level 8 Pool Courtyard. Our housekeeping team works diligently on a daily to ensure our grills are clean. We understand at times, the grills are heavily used by residents. We will continue reminding residents to clean up after their grill use. Unfortunately, our housekeeping team is not available after 5:00 PM upon completing their shift. However, upon the cleaners arriving for their next shift, they will continue paying attention to these areas. 5.) Our coffee bar is restocked daily. While our team does maintain daily upkeep and runs frequent rinse cycles of the machine, depending on the volume of coffee used, the machine may still push a required cycle sporadically on its own. This may cause the machine to shut down until our team is notified. We will immediately complete the required rinse cycle and return the machine to normal service. |Recommended: YesWe pre-leased so didn’t quite know what to expect. Moved in a few weeks ago and the place quickly felt like home. Awesome property with an amazing view and we feel safe here. Not all the amenities are open yet but what is available adds to the living experience. The staff has been great, especially Selena. I highly recommend this property

|Recommended: NoVery bad customer service and management. I toured the facility and the agent was supposed to send me the cost information package afterwards. She never did. I complained to the manager and he was non responsive and rude. I was going to recommend couple of friends and take advantage of the 500 referral incentive but decided not to due to bad service and management.

While we realize it can be frustrating when the pricing can change at any moment, based on the leasing velocity, we want to ensure you know that our website will always offer pricing and availability in real-time for all our customers to see. A great benefit of the website is that it allows our customers the ability to apply online 24/7 without having to wait for our onsite team for assistance. While I'm sure my answer was not what you were expecting, I hope that you understand from the operational guidelines why we were not able to accommodate a lower rate without having a valid quote.
